Beyoncé and Jay Z spotted out for NYC dinner with friends. Beyonce and Jay were out and about again living their best lives in New York City. The superstar couple was spotted enjoying a simple date out in the Big Apple on Thursday, Nov. 17. The Off Mind rapper kept it cool in a Puma beanie, sweats, and a shiny watch, as can be seen in the photos here.

Last month, Beyonce proved that she’s not one to mess around when it comes to her brand. The Superstar singer hit back at Right Said Fred after the band said she sampled the 1992 megahit I’m Too Sexy for her new song Alien Superstar without permission. In a statement to E! Calling the band’s claims false and incredibly defamatory! On Friday, Beyoncé insisted that the publisher of Right Said Fred signed the authorization.

Beyoncé said in the statement, not only was its use allowed, but she publicly expressed her gratitude for being on the album. For his song, no sound recording was used, only the composition was used. Permission was sought from his publisher on May 11, 2022, and the publisher approved the use on June 15, 2022. He was paid for the usage in August 2022.

The Oscar winner also added that both band members – brothers Fred and Richard Fairbrass – are given co-writing credits for Alien Superstar, one of the incredible tracks on their groundbreaking album Renaissance.
