Premise
The leaders of the kingdom of Wakanda fight to project their nation from invading force in the wake of king T’Challa‘s death.
Cast
Letitia Wright as Shuri: The princess of Wakanda who designs new technology for the nation. wright has given a larger role in the film following the death of Chadwick Boseman, who had starred in previous MCU media as Shuri’s brother T’Challa.
Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia: A war dog, an undercover spy for Wakanda, from the River Tribe.
Danai Gurira as Okoye: The head of the Dora Milaje, Wakanda’s all-female special forces.
Winston Duke as M’Baku: A powerful warrior who is the leader of Wakanda’s mountain tribe, the Jabari. duke indicated that following Jabari’s involvement in the events of avengers: infinity war (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019), the tribe is no longer isolated from the rest of Wakanda.
Florence Kasumba as Ayo: A member and the second-in-command of the Dora Milaje.

On February 14, 2018, Kevin Feige revealed in an interview that he wanted Ryan Coogler to return to write and direct a sequel to black panther.
On March 9, 2018, Kevin Feige revealed that there were plans to make a sequel to black panther.
On October 11, 2018, a Hollywood reporter reported that Ryan Coogler had signed on to return to write and direct the film with and direct the film with production expected to begin in late 2019 or early 2020.

Shuri (Letitia Wright): Following the death of Boseman, most fans just assumed Shuri would pick up her family’s mantle and become the new Black Panther. however, that remains to be seen. still, she would certainly be a capable Black Panther. she’s well-trained, a technological wizard, incredibly smart, and seems game for that kind of adventure. there’s also a precedent for this in the comics.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is scheduled to be released in the united states on November 11, 2022. it was previously scheduled for May 6 and then for July 8, 2022. it will be the final film of Phase Four of the MCU.
