The holiday film is created by Shiny Buttons for Amazon Prime Video and follows young couple James and Hayley who, after a disastrous mix-up, experience Christmas with each other’s families without their partners. The film is directed by Jim O’Hanlon and executive produced by Chris Thaykier and Andy Brereton.
Your Christmas or Mine, written by Tom Parry, features a stellar lineup of British talent including Alex Jennings, Harriet Walter, Daniel Mays, David Bradley, Angela Griffin, Natalie Gumede, Lucien Lavicount, and Ram John Holder.

The film follows young couple James and Hayley, played respectively by Butterfield of Sex Education fame, and newcomer Kirk, who, after a disastrous mix-up, end up without their partners to experience each other’s family Christmas.
These include The Devil’s Hour, a thriller series produced by Hartswood Films starring Jessica Raine and Peter Capaldi; Wild, a rap and drill musical drama; The Rig, an epic thriller series starring Martin Compston and Emily Hampshire; Mammal, a comedy-drama series featuring James Corden and Sally Hawkins.
